The location is excellent. You will be close to the town centre and the beach.

Belmont Guesthouse


Situated a short walk to the town centre and the beach, this guest house has its own licensed bar. There is a choice of double, single, and family rooms. Five of the rooms have been refurbished and are en-suite. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities and colour TV. Auntie Ruth's Guest House


You can have a room here with or without WC. Children are welcome. Dogs are welcome (but you better talk to Auntie Ruth about it first.) The thing here is the food. Breakfast is usually a buffet. If you book your room for both breakfast and evening meal, you are in for a treat. Auntie Ruth is well known for her desserts.

White Lodge Guest House



The White Lodge is located to the south in Skegness where the beaches are quieter. All seven rooms are en-suite and have colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities, and a hair dryer. Sorry pets are not welcome here. A full English breakfast is served or you can have a Continental breakfast if you prefer. Evening meals are available upon request.

The Ivydene Hotel


The Ivydene Hotel rooms are light and cheerful. There are single, double, and family rooms available. Some rooms have room for a travel cot. All rooms are en-suite with shower, tea and coffee making facilities, colour TV, and hair dryer.
