The North Shore Hotel and Golf Club is a 10-minute walk into town. All rooms are en suite and many have views of the ocean and the 18-hole golf course. Rooms have TV, direct line telephone, and coffee and tea making facilities. The dining room has ocean views. There is ample parking.

The Grand Hotel

Located near the Pier and the beginning of the promenade, The Grand Hotel offers en suite rooms with TV and coffee and tea making facilities. Access to the first floor is provided for disabled visitors by a fitted chair lift. Some rooms have balconies. You can choose room with breakfast included or room with both breakfast and dinner included. There is also a bar.

Royal Renaissance Hotel

The Royal Renaissance Hotel is located on the South Parade and is a two-minute walk from the beach making it one of the better places to stay. All rooms are en suite and have TV, DVD player, coffee and tea making facilities, hair dryer, and direct dial telephone. Some rooms have a view of the sea. This is an old hotel that has been completely refurbished. All floors can be accessed by elevator. There are three restaurants and three bars to choose from. The restaurants range from formal to informal. The Viceroys offers traditional English dishes and European cuisine.. The Ambassador offers an ala carte menu which includes vegetarian dishes. The Bollywood Bar and Grill offers traditional Indian dishes.

The Chatsworth Hotel

The Chatsworth on the North Parade, offers two rooms with wheelchair access to the bathrooms. This makes it one of the best places to stay for those using a wheelchair. These rooms also have balconies with sea view and is a short walk to the beach. All rooms have TV and coffee and tea making facilities and are en suite. Meals are available in both the dining room and the bar.

Southview Leisure Park Hotel

The Southview Leisure Park Hotel is situated on the A158. The leisure park includes a hotel and caravan park for both static and touring caravans. The hotel has luxury penthouses, rooms, group meeting facilities and designated disabled rooms on the ground floor.

Facilities include a 9-hole golf course, an indoor swimming pool, two restaurants, a bar, a children's playground, games arcade, gymnasium, sauna, and bowling green.

Places to Stay With Your Own Caravan and Static Caravans



You have other choices for places to stay in Skegness. If you would like to rent a static caravan, there are several options close by to Skegness. A static caravan is an ideal solution for those wishing to cook some or all of their own meals. In the caravan you will find a lounge area, kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. If you have small children, you can put them to bed early and have a relaxing evening for yourself.

Coral Beach Leisure

The Coral Beach Leisure complex has caravans that sleep from four to eight people. Coral Beach is located in Ingoldmells four miles north of Skegness. On site are five different evening entertainment facilities for all ages. It is close to the beach, Butlins Resort, and Fantasy Island Theme Park. Driving north on the A52,it is just past Butlins on the right-hand side. Coral Beach does not provide linen such as sheets and towels. If you have a young child you must provide a waterproof sheet. While cooking utensils are provided you will need to bring your own toaster and if you don't want to use a gas kettle, you will need to bring an electic kettle. Microwave ovens are not supplied.

Richmond Holiday Center

Richmond Holiday Center has static caravans to let or spaces to let if you are travelling with your own caravan. Static caravans sleep from two to six. Cooking utensils and tableware are provided as well as blankets. Linens are not provided. The more expensive units have a microwave. The complex has an indoor swimming pool and whirlpool spa which is free of charge. Entertainment is provided on weekends. Dogs are allowed but must be on a lead at all times and walked away from the park. There is a limit of two dogs per unit. Richmond Holiday Center is located a short walk from the town center and is one of the great places to stay.

North Shore Holiday Center

The North Shore Holiday Center has self-catering chalets and flats, static caravans and spaces for touring caravans. There are also spaces for tent trailers. Facilities include a club house, pitch and put golf, children't playground, and restaurant. Complete cooking facilities including microwave and small refrigerator with freezer drawer are provided. On site is a licensed pub, launderette and corner shop. North Shore Holiday Center is located to the north of Skegness.

Robin Hood Leisure Park

Robin Hood Leisure Park offers both static caravans and cottages. Kitchens are fully equipped including microwaves. Linen is provided, Some caravans have wheelchair access and extra wide showers. On site is an indoor heated pool and childrens pool with fun slides. Food available inlcudes fish and chips, pizza, chinese take away and a food bar. A large grocery store, launderette, and pub is also on site. The 2500 seat Club Tropican offers star name entertainment. Robin Hood Leisure Park is located north of Skegness past Ingoldmells.
